Step-by-step process guide

1 Choice of product

Are you a private individual and do you purchase Lola for yourself or a family member? Or are you a professional user and do you intent to use Lola for clients? Do you need one language version only? Or do you plan to administer Lola in different languages? How many takes do you want to purchase? We've got a few simple options prepared. For more complex requests, please contact us.

2 Payment

After you made your choice, you will be forwarded to the check-out where you can pay. All prices are shown in euro's.

3 Completing the questionnaire

After payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation receipt by email. (Don't forget to check your spambox!) The confirmation receipt contains a link to the questionnaire.

"Solo" clients can use this link to start completing Lola. Professional users can forward this link to their clients. 

Completing Lola will take about 30 minutes. This is an estimate: some people are quite quick and others prefer to take a more thoughtful approach. Administration times can vary between 15 minutes and an hour, the average is about 25 minutes.

4 Results

We will calculate the results and send a report (pdf format) by mail. This process is not fully automated. There is a quality-control check by a trained psychologist. Due to this check and the fact that we work across different time zones, it can take a working day to mail you the results. Please send us an email if you haven't received a report after 24 hours.
