Two parts

Lola is a questionnaire about your preferences regarding your job, activities and work environment. There are two parts:
Part I contains several questions about the context,
Part II is the actual questionnaire with 150 statements about your interests.

You will find five options to express to what degree each statement fits you:
Strongly disagree, Disagree, Undecided, Agree or Strongly agree.

Use the middle option "Undecided" when you don't have a clear opinion about the statement or when you can't make a choice.

Most statements are like "I love modern art": a statement that can be generally true for you, or not. Some statements are explicitly work related, like “I want to work with children". And some statements are specifically aimed at the past, like "When I was young, I used to be interested in music".

There are no right or wrong answers: it's about giving your opinion.
